Blocked Content Policy

Content We Do Not Allow

This policy covers all content generated or processed through our tools, including scripts, voiceovers, images, and videos.

1. Illegal content We do not permit content connected to illegal drugs, weapons, violence, bestiality, sexual violence, incest, or child sexual abuse material, nor content that promotes or encourages unlawful activity. Non-consensual impersonation of real people (including deepfakes) and sexually explicit or pornographic material are also prohibited.

2. Hate speech and discrimination Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not permitted on our platform.

3. Violence and self-harm We prohibit content that glorifies, encourages, or promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or harm to others in any form.

4. Content involving minors Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors is strictly forbidden, including material that depicts or implies harm or harassment toward a minor.

5. AI content resembling minors Generating AI content that resembles a minor — in appearance, voice, or likeness — is not allowed under any circumstance.

6. Privacy and intellectual property Content that violates someone's privacy or infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property is prohibited. This includes sharing someone's personal information without consent, using pirated material, and reusing copyrighted work without authorization.

7. Impersonation of public figures Deceptive or harmful use of a real person's identity, including public figures and celebrities, to mislead or cause harm is not permitted.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you generate using our tools, whether it's a script, voiceover, image, or finished video. FacelessVideo.now does not control or endorse the output of our AI tools, and you agree to use them in line with applicable law, our Terms of Service, and this policy.

Moderation

We use automated moderation systems to help detect content that violates this policy. Flagged content may be reviewed manually, and we reserve the right to take action on any account found in violation — including content removal or account suspension.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content being removed, your account being suspended or terminated, or, where appropriate, legal action.
